DONATE
Due to COVID-19 outbreak and increasing number of cases in Phillips County, local healthcare organizations have been facing issues of limited supplies, reduction of services, strain on personnel, and funneling resources towards how to best support and protect our community residents going forward. Therefore, the Phillips County Healthcare Foundation, together with the community and a limited matching grant fund provided by the Phillips County Community Foundation, would like to lend a helping hand to support the efforts of the non-profit healthcare entities in our community in executing plans to combat the COVID-19 epidemic.

COVID-19 has been declared as a global pandemic. Our local healthcare entities are still committed to providing the best support and care to everyone in our community.

Please take this opportunity to donate to this “Help Us to Help Others: CPR (Covid Pandemic Response) Fundraiser” to help us provide a little CPR to the Phillips County healthcare organizations impacted by COVID-19.

A limited matching grant has been awarded by the Phillips County Community Foundation to maximize the impact of donations. The fundraiser’s goal is to have funds available for immediate, urgent needs and also for longer term recovery. “Supporting our community and making sure we have access to quality healthcare services is at the heart of the work we do through the Phillips County Healthcare Foundation,” said Rance Ames, Chairman of the Phillips County Healthcare Foundation. “Strengthening the infrastructure of our nonprofit healthcare network is critical to the immediate response and long-term recovery of our community.”

“We are thankful for the caring spirit of our community and the generous partners who have joined us at this important time in our community’s history,” said Dana Grammon, Treasurer for the Phillips County Healthcare Foundation. “The Covid-19 CPR Fundraiser is a perfect vehicle for combining efforts to help the community when it matters most. This fund is a way to truly make a difference in Phillips County and help those impacted – those providing care on the front lines, those individuals needing medical care, and those whose lives have been disrupted by the pandemic.”

The Phillips County Healthcare Foundation board, with representatives from the county’s non-profit healthcare organizations, will work diligently to ensure both the scope of the fundraiser and the grants awarded from the fund meet the greatest needs in the community.
